These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Algoralign ("we," "us," or "Algoralign"). Your use of our Services in any manner signifies your acceptance of these Terms, and they will remain in effect throughout your usage of the Services. These Terms encompass the provisions laid out in this document, as well as those found in our Privacy Policy and any other pertinent policies. Note that certain Services may be subject to additional rules, conditions, or terms ("Additional Terms"), which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By utilizing or engaging in such Services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Additional Terms as well.

ARBITRATION NOTICE AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS: WITH CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS FOR SPECIFIC DISPUTES, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND ALGORALIGN WILL BE SETTLED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. YOU ALSO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Terms of Service

To continually enhance our Services, it might be necessary to modify these Terms in tandem with the evolution of our offerings. We retain the right to update the Terms at any point, and if we do so, we will provide notice on our website, send you an email, or utilize other appropriate communication channels.

If you disagree with the updated Terms, you are free to reject them. However, this means you will no longer be able to use our Services. If you continue using the Services post an update to the Terms, it signifies your agreement with the revised terms.

With the exception of changes made by us as detailed above, no other amendments or modifications to these Terms will be effective unless they are in writing and signed by both you and us.

Personal Data of Minors

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are below 18 years of age, please refrain from attempting to register for or utilize our Services, or sending us any personal information. In the event that we discover we have collected personal information from an individual under 18, we will expeditiously delete that data. If you suspect that a minor under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at Support@algoralign.com.

What are the fundamental principles of using Algoralign?

In order to access our Services, you will be required to create an account, select a password, You commit to providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information about yourself. By creating an account, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract. If you are not of legal age, you must have obtained permission from a parent or guardian to use the Services and to agree to these Terms on your behalf. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization or entity, you warrant that you possess the authorization to do so and to bind said entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" and "your" within these Terms, except for this specific clause, pertain to the organization or entity. You must use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws. Whether you are a Donor or an Organization (each term is defined below), your use of the Services, including compliance with the obligations outlined in these Terms, must adhere to all relevant laws governing Donations (as defined below). If your use of the Services conflicts with applicable laws, you are not authorized to use them. If your usage is restricted by applicable laws, you may only use the Services in full compliance with those restrictions. We are not liable for your use of the Services in contravention of the law. You are prohibited from sharing your Algoralign User ID, account, or password with anyone. Safeguard the security of your Algoralign, account, password, and other access credentials. You are solely responsible for any activity connected to your Algoralign User ID and account.

Facilitating Connections Between Project Creators and Donors

Algoralign functions as an intermediary linking nonprofit organizations, universities, and faith-based groups seeking fundraising opportunities ("Project Creators") with individuals who wish to contribute to these Projects ("Donors"). In this document, when we use the term "you," it pertains to all users regardless of whether they are a Donor, or are using the Services on behalf of an Project Creator or a Donor. For clarity, when we use specific terms such as "Donor" or "Project Creator," they apply solely to the relevant user category. Algoralign does not solicit or accept Donations. You acknowledge that (i) Algoralign does not supervise, control, monitor, or direct Donations, and (ii) Algoralign explicitly disclaims responsibility and liability for any Organization or Donation facilitated through the Service. This includes any warranty or condition of quality, fitness for a specific purpose, and compliance with laws, regulations, or codes. Organizations and Donors are prohibited from entering into separate agreements outside of Algoralign related to Donations ("Outside Agreements"). If such an Outside Agreement is made, we may terminate your Algoralign account. You recognize that Algoralign is not party to any Outside Agreement and is not accountable for enforcing them.

What about communication?

As part of our Services, you may receive communications via the platform, including messages sent by Algoralign (e.g., via email). When you sign up, you will receive a welcome message along with instructions on how to discontinue message reception.

Are there any usage restrictions?

By using our Services, you warrant and agree that you will not contribute any Content or User Submission (both terms are defined below) or interact with the Services
