    1. 1. Eligibility for Refunds

      Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

      • If a service subscribed to was not implemented as promised due to the failure of the facilitators.
      • If a technical issue on our platform prevents the users from accessing or utilizing the service.
      • If the cooperative agrees to stop the purpose of donation and all active participants request a refund.
      • If a duplicate payment is made due to a system error.
    2. 2. Non-Refundable Items

      Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

      • If the service has been successfully delivered.
      • If the user fails to meet the required conditions for a refund (Complete KYC Process).
      • If the refund request is made beyond the specified refund period available in the account.
      • If the issue is due to third-party service disruptions beyond our control.
    3. 3. Refund Request Process

      To request a refund, customers must:

      • Users must request a refund via the refund page on the donor / member’s dashboard.
      • Allow 3 business days for our team to review and process the request.
    4. 4. Refund Processing
      • If the refund request is approved, funds will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days.
      • Refunds for transactions made through third-party payment providers may be subject to additional processing time as per the provider’s policies.
    5. 5. Dispute Resolution

      If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate your request by contacting support@algoralign.com for further review. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

    6. 6. Amendments to This Policy

      Algoralign reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes through our website or email communication.
